A. Yes. Each publication has customized Sales Agent pages and national pages. National advertising appears on the same page in each of the 11 publications.

Q. Do I need to negotiate an advertising rate with each of the 9 Apple Education Sales Agents?

A. No. When you sign an ad agreement with Ed Tech News, your ad is automatically place in all versions.

Q. Do all the publication versions go by the name of Ed Tech News?

A. No. Some of the publications are called Ed Tech News, while others have customized mastheads and publication names. For example, SchoolVision of Texas calls their publication, "envision," while MacCenter in Florida calls their publication "Straight A." The sales agents are free to use their own distinctive name and masthead for their publication if they desire.

Q. Which months is Ed Tech News distributed?

A. Because the publication is mailed into schools and school districts, we publish 9 of the 12 calendar months. We do not publish June, July or December.

Q. Approximately how many copies are distributed each month?

A. A version of Ed Tech News reaches all 50 states with an average distribution which fluctuates of approximately 110,000 copies each month.

Q. To whom are the publications mailed?

A. Each of the 9 Apple Education Sales Agents has a qualified mailing list of actual K-12 education clients to whom they mail the publications.

Q. Is mailing the only means of distribution?

A. No. In addition to the copies sent via U.S. mail, boxes of publications are distributed to over 200 account executives each month for personal distribution to education clients on who they call during the course of the month.
